If you do not see your driver at the airport, you MUST call us at 407-600-2758 immediately so the driver can be located for you.
AIRPORT WAIT TIME POLICY
For your convenience and to maintain a timely schedule, NAIRN Transportation includes a grace period for airport arrivals. Wait time and additional airport parking fees will be applied for delays that exceed:
These fees also apply if delays are a result of baggage claims or other baggage service issues.
NO FOOD, DRINK, OR SMOKING POLICY
No eating, drinking, or smoking in our vehicles. All backpacks must be placed in the back of the vehicle. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated in keeping our vehicles clean and comfortable for everyone.
BACKPACKS & LUGGAGE POLICY
All backpacks and luggage must be put in the trunk of our vehicles. No Exceptions.
DAMAGE POLICY
"We appreciate your help in keeping our vehicles in excellent condition for everyone. Please be aware that passengers are responsible for any damage fees necessary for the cleaning or repair of our vehicles. You will be billed for damages caused by yourself or members of your family/party.
This covers two main categories:
PASSENGER RESPONSIBILITY
"To help you keep track of your valuables, please make sure you have gathered all of your belongings before you exit the vehicle(s). While we always do our best to assist, please understand that we cannot be responsible for items left behind. Thank you for your understanding!"
"For your convenience, we are happy to provide the first child seat at no additional charge. If required, each additional child seat is available for a fee of $10.00.
Please be advised that our vehicles can accommodate a maximum of two child seats in total."
